Ingredients:

lb Brusell sprouts, cut in half stem to stearn
1/4
red onion, diced
1
garlic clove, minced...
1
TBSP Balsamic vinegar
1/2
TBSP Olive oil
1/2
TSP sea salt
1/4
TSP black pepper
Olive
oil spray
Preheat
oven to 375, spray 9x9 glass dish with olive oil spray.
In a large
bowl mix all ingredients pour into baking dish.
Cover with Aluminum
foil and bake 45 minutes or until brussels sprouts are tender.
Remove
foil for last 15 minutes and let brown.
