  3. Guacamole on toasted Ezekiel bread
  4. Eziekel bread with sliced avocado
  5. Scrambled egg on top of Ezekiel toast with some 5 calorie organic salsa from Costco!
  6. Ezekiel English muffin with almond butter
  7. Ezekiel tortilla with organic tomato sauce and sprinkle of almond cheese
  8. Egg whites with veggies (frittata)Cucumber w/humus & hard boiled egg slice on it
  9. Hummus with veggiesMary gone crackers and hummus
  10. Green apples with raw almond butter/low sodium 
  11. Chicken stir fry over brown rice & quinoa
  12. Avocado, cucumber, hardboiled egg, and tomatoes with cilantro and lemon juice
  13. 5-10 raw Almonds
  14. 1 whole hardboiled egg
  15. 1 small apple sliced
  16. 1/2 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa
  17. 1 stalk of celery with organic almond butter
  18. Peeled and sliced cucumbers with a dash of sea salt and apple cider vinegar
  19. Raw celery, cucumber or pepper strips
  20. Refried black beans
  21. Kale Chips
  22. sweet potato or beet chips/fries
  23. Broccoli, cauliflower, jicama, daikon radish, red radish cut up
