Working on recipes for the following 30 Day Strict meals:
  1. Sautéed scallops over salad w/ small portion quinoa on the side

  2. Organic chicken sausage and spinach with brown rice pasta in a pumpkin sauce
  3. Fresh turkey burger with baked sweet potato and balsamic glazed Brussel sprouts
  4. Brown rice pasta, chicken burger, sauce, and a vegetable
  5. Egg whites w veggies (frittata)
  6. Quinoa crust veggie pizza w Daiya mozzarella 
  7. Eziekel tortilla with organic tomato sauce and sprinkle of almond cheese
  8. Spaghetti squash chicken parm with dairy free cheese
  9. Turkey burger w/Roma tomato & lettuce on it. 
  10. Ezekepizza and salad
  11. Cilantro lime coconut fried rice using grated cauliflower
  12. Salad greens, tomatoes, olives, grilled chicken with EVOO and splash of balsamic
  13. Salad/Spinach with protein (grilled shrimp, chicken...)
